Role : AS/400 Software QA Analyst Location : Miramar FL Duration :12+Months Contract Interview : Phone +Skype Skills : (MIN 2 YEARS OF EXPEIRENCE TESTING AS/400 APPLICATIONS.) Ø Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline OR equivalent work experience Ø 2-4 years of QA principles and practical experience with structured software testing. (required) Ø 2 years of experience testing AS400 applications. Abilities include: DBU, SQL, Basic AS400 commands. (required) Ø Web application testing hands-on experience (desired) Ø Experience with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center, TFS) (required) Ø Participates with QA projects from inception through implementation phases Ø Develops comprehensive Test Plans to address Functional Test, System Test, and User Acceptance Test activities. Ø Ability to decompose business logic to define effective test strategies. Ø Ability to utilize SQL to create complex query scripts(table joins, unions) for data validation. (required) Ø Excellent communication skills to interface with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Account Executives, and developers to understand/create test requirements and identify validation needs. Ø Ability to lead the QA effort for small to medium projects Ø Experience with use case driven development and UML documentation is a plus.
