Candidates must possess a thorough knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages and the capabilities / limitations of a computer; through knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation; demonstrated experience with analysis and design; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships; strong analysis and programming skills; ability to resolve highly complex problems.
