*Job Title: SAP Project Manager/Business Analyst* *Location: Colmar, PA* *Duration: 3+months* *Job Description:* Perform business analysis, project management, and end user training/support for core Dorman business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, finance and controlling, warehouse management, master data management, product lifecycle management, and others. *Primary Duties:* · Collaborate with business partners and technical team members to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements to deliver world-class system solutions · Drive efficiency and effectiveness by further streamlining, standardizing and automating end to end transaction processing and reporting · Model, analyze and design business processes · Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements · Facilitate and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve consensus on objectives, problem definition, solution requirements, and the proposed solution · Manage multiple projects concurrently · Lead all phases of the project through planning, executing, controlling, and closing. · Ensure that all activities and deliverables are incorporated into the project plans for software development projects, and being delivered according to plan · Optimize project schedules within resource, budget, scope and time constraints · Work with subject-matter experts to develop work breakdown structures and likely task estimates using a variety of techniques (bottom-up, top-down, analogous, etc.) · Manage project resources from all areas of the enterprise, including vendors and customers, who may only be partially allocated to the project.
