*Job Title : **SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Consultant*

*Location : **San Francisco, CA*

*Duration : **6-12 Months*



*Project Description:*

The client is a very large organization that is currently in the midst of
rolling out *SuccessFactors* on a global scale. They have a template for
the United States and they are going to be taking that template and
deploying it to countries across the globe. They are now looking for a
strong *SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) consultant* to come and
assist this effort.



*Day to Day Responsibilities: *

The consultant hired will be working directly with a strong SuccessFactors
internal team. The company was an early adapter of SuccessFactors and so
the internal knowledge of SF is there, but the scope of the project is so
large that the internal team cannot handle the bandwidth for the upcoming
staggered roll outs. The consultant hired will be assisting in the design
and configuration of *SF EC* primarily. They will also be working on
configuring and testing modules like *Succession Planning & WorkForce
Analytics.* The client also has the SF Talent Management suite installed
and leverages BizX, LMS and Compensation variable pay. The consultant hired
should have as much exposure to these other aspects and tools centering on
SuccessFactors as possible, but the client understands that the consultant
may not have touched every area mentioned above.

>From an intangible perspective, the consultant hired should be ready to
walk into a very fast paced environment with tight deadlines and a large
project scope. The project supports a workforce of over 10,000 global
employees. The consultant will be communicating and working directly with
the business side HR stakeholders as well, so strong communication skills
are desired.

>From a technical perspective, the consultant hired should have *10+ years
of SAP or HRIS experience.* They should also have at the very least
(although prefer 2) *1 full life cycle of SF Employee Central.* They also
need hands on experience with Succession Planning and Workforce Analytics.
The more experience in the other areas of SuccessFactors mentioned above
the better.



*Required Skills:*

·         *SAP HCM/HRIS-10+years*

·         *SuccessFactors-2+years (Minimum-1 FLC of SF)*

·         Hands on experience with *Employee Central*

·         Hands on experience with *Succession Planning & Workforce
Analytics*
