*Duration : 6+ Months* *Interview : Phone hire and a possible face to face, can push for Skype/WebEx* We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with an expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a six month consulting assignment (with a possible extension). The Senior Busine s Analyst must have knowledge of the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and be able to create a gap analysis between versions 2011 and 20 15; further, the resource shall be able to discern capabilities f the standard version 201 I versus a customized version of 2011 and validate assumptions for conversion opportunities. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst Consultant is expected to recommend ‘best practices’ in CRM, and suggest how the capabilities of version 2015 can be leveraged to drive business. Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems. Business Ad inistration, or other related field 5+ years systems analysis experience with proven record of successful project implementations. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with lT and functional business users.
