Responsibilities: § Lead workshops with customer to understand their “as-is” business processes corresponding to identified accounts
§ Analyze and recommend “to-be” business processes addressing business needs corresponding to all identified accounts as well as considering future business needs § Identify & document functional & technical requirements (e.g. integration, scalability, performance) based on customer workshops corresponding to identified accounts § Identify & document functional & technical requirements that are in-process of implementation as well as roadmap requirements § Define & document prioritization for identified functional & technical requirements based on customer discussions § Document the tools and products used corresponding to support those functional/technical requirements as well as across the “as-is” business process § Analyze, determine & document “what is working well” and “what needs to be improved” based on customer workshops related to business process & requirements gathering § Analyze, determine & document “quick wins” based on business process & requirement workshop corresponding to each account identified § Analyze, determine & define shared services roadmap, addressing current & future business & operational needs across all identified accounts Ram, [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
