*Role: Network Engineer (Data)* *Location: Los Angeles, CA* *Duration: Contract* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Resolves client business network problems at networking hardware and circuitry level, through research, network installation and customization, network administration and network management support. Responsible for network implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation. *Relevant Experience: * • 3+ years of experience as IT technical or engineering analyst • 1-3+ years working experience with the following technologies: • Routing Protocols - EIGRP, OSPF and BOP • Cisco routing and switching (emphasis on Nexus 2k/5k/7k, 3850's and 4500x) • HP switching - Comware operating system • Riverbed WAN Optimization • Aruba Wireless networks • Aruba Airwave • Solarinds Orion Monitoring tools • Familiarity with the following technologies: • Palo Alto Networks firewalls • Juniper firewalls • Cisco SSL secure access • DNS/DHCP (Infoblox preferred) • F5 load balancers *Skills:* • Highly proficient in LAN/WAN infrastructures, topologies and protocols. • Good Understanding of network security and management frameworks. • Knowledge of Unix and Microsoft Operating Systems. • Knowledge of Internet technologies, design, and operations. • Knowledge of current IT infrastructure trends. • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong ability to interpret impact of technology choices. • 2 Years hands-on technical experience with routers and switches (Cisco preferred). • 1 Year customer interaction. *Required Certification/Licenses:* • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or more advanced certification. • Preferred Certification/Licenses: Thanks and Regards *Todd* *Ph: 630-315-9525 || Email: [email protected] <[email protected]> * <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
