The platform for development and configuration activities is Salesforce.com, so we are in need of an experienced Senior SFDC Developer willing to do both development and configuration activities within this platform. The targeted team member will contribute to the design and implementation of new features for Concurs’ growing employee base. You will be a professional configuration and development within the Salesforce.com CRM solution at Concur, helping define and implement solutions at Concur. This position additionally requires some hands on project/technical management skills and the ability to execute, including a deep programmatic knowledge of Salesforce.com, APEX, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, XML, Java, and SQL, among others. Job Responsibilities: Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces. Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner Part of an exceptional agile development team, leveraging scrum and kanban Responsible for a mix of SFDC development and configuration activities, within Concur’s CRM landscape. This role will be required to do BOTH configuration and development/coding on the Salesforce.com platform. Will work within a mid-sized agile sprint team, helping groom and execute on individual user stories and projects. Will support and manage a diverse customer group, spanning all of Concur, providing business consultation and driving/prioritizing internal work products within the Salesforce.com platform. Innovate and drive the technical development of knowledge internally around the Salesforce.com and supporting technologies platform. As required, development and implementation of programming interfaces and custom integrations from a variety of different app-exchange modules within the Salesforce.com platform. Involved and technical consultation of the entire quote to cash lifecycle, participating in all aspects of the business process (quote, order management, fulfillment, implementation and support). Deep domain knowledge of Salesforce.com Security Model, Approval and Custom Workflow creation, as well as Salesforce.com App Distribution Methods 8+ years in a related software development role. 8+ years Salesforce.com development experience, including programming with APEX, Triggers, Javascript, HTML, XML, and related technologies. 7+ years experience with database technologies, including strong knowledge of SQL. 7+ years experience with object oriented programming languages such as Java, C#. Experienced in coding APEX Triggers, Classes and Test methods In-depth Salesforce.com configuration experience and knowledge BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent years of work experience. Experience working in a structured release management environment, including change and release management as well as scrum methodologies for managing high volume work requests.
