Candidate will be able to support annual compensation process – configurations, changes, updates, etc. · Must have strong functional skills interacting with users and stakeholders, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, creating functional/design docs, testing, training, etc. · Strong communication is needed. Experience working with at least v9.1. · Experience with ePerformance, and Learning Management would be secondary skills to primary eComp and core HR.
