Qualifications: • 6-10 years of experience in BMC Remedy upgrades, developments, customizations and testing
• Hands-on experience on in-line/parallel upgrade approaches from BMC Remedy one version to another • Solid experience on overlay and analyzing Remedy workflows to understand the customizations • Experience on working on Remedy ARS Server 9.x/8.1, ITSM 9.x/8.1 and CMDB 9.x/8.1 • Experience with one or more discovery tools including but not limited to SCCM and ADDM • Hands-on experience on working BMC Atrium Integrator 8.1 (for Integration) and BMC Remedy UDM 8.1 (Data Management tool for Foundation Data Upload) • Should have prior experience on integrating Remedy application with the third party applications using various means of integration like Web services, API etc. • Hands-on experience on BMC DDM tool for Data migration • Hands-on experience in Configuration and customization of all ITSM Modules, Asset Managment Module, Service Level Management (SLM) module and Service Request Management (SRM) Module • Experience in Configuring and defining Foundation Data • Experience in defining and configuring data normalization and reconciliation jobs within the CMDB • Experience of technical, lead and communications skills in IT engineering and/or IT operations environment • Experience working within large, complex global organizations • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues and vendor representatives • Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum) • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work on projects both independently and as part of a development team.
