*Requirement:*

Required.*
At least 3 years of experience supporting multiple complex
applications.
• Experience in supporting the business users.
• At least 2 years of experience with UNIX and vi editor.
• At least 2 years of experience writing SQL.
• 2 years AutoSys/Batch support experience.
• Excellent verbal, email communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problems-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment are must.
*Nice to have: *
· ITIL understanding (Incident Management, Problem Management,
Change Management).
· Experience with Power Center, JAWS, and BMC Remedy.
· 2 years financial Industry experience (preferably supporting
front-office or back-office applications).
· 2 years of experience supporting Java or .NET based applications.
