*Required skills:-*
o 10+ years of experience overall, supporting and implementing SAS BI and
analytics software suites.
o 5 years of experience doing SAS administration.
o 3 years of experience administering SAS GRID.
o Experience installing and configuring SAS software, implementing
hotfixes, and software patches.
o Experience monitoring and troubleshooting SAS services.
o Experience with SAS Management Console – adding identities, defining
libraries, setting permissions and access controls, creating metadata
folder structures.
o Experience with migration of metadata objects through the traditional
DEV/TEST/PROD lifecycle.
· Knowledge and Administration implementation experience with core
SAS software, including:
n Supporting hundreds of users with Foundation SAS/PC SAS/SAS Display
Manager
and SAS Enterprise Guide.
n SAS Grid, including: Experience with Grid administration including queue
management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
n Experience with GPFS as the Grid OS.
o Experience with connecting additional file systems to the Grid as an
alternative connection method.
o Working knowledge of job parallelization.
o Working knowledge of SASGSUB command for integration of SAS Grid with
other applications.
