Requires a candidate with demonstrated success in the architecture, design, development and delivery of complex systems in multi-platform environments. Experience in software development focused on Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. Ability to guide and be a part of high performance technical teams for full lifecycle software development. Owns project/program issue analysis and risk management. Leadership abilities to bridge communications gaps between business and technical teams. Experience in architecting enterprise web applications in diverse environments including Web/Internet, IBM Portal, Production, Wireless Devices and Enterprise Systems. Deep understanding of formal software methodologies, processes, architectures and techniques (SOA, Design Patterns).
