*Job Title:* QA Tester *Location:* San Diego, CA *Duration:* Onsite 18+ months Contractual *Note: Visa copy is must and rate is $45/hr on C2C* *Job Description:* Required Skills • Good Communication Skill: • Experience in banking domain. Understanding of retail and commercial banking systems and branch systems • Experience in creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimations • Hands on with Black Box, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, Regression, Front End and Back End Testing • Experience in and hands on with designing Test Cases / Test Scenarios / Test conditions for the Integration and System Testing, verifying and validating applications • Exposure to working in onshore /offshore model and willing to coordinate with offshore daily • Exposure to release management cycle • Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause and provide detailed bug reports • Coordinate with development team and business for issues / clarifications / reviews and sign offs • Extensive knowledge of HP ALM • Should be well versed with various QA matrices Attributes • Strong people management, interpersonal communication and collaboration skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Meet deadlines and complete assignments in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams • Takes ownership of tasks and drives tasks through to completion • Results oriented In case this position interests you please share below details to save on you valuable time; Pay rate expectations: Notice period: Work Authorization status: Current Location: Also share your updated resume to Nitish Kumar at *[email protected]* <[email protected]> OR feel free to contact me at 408.459.5612.
