*Position : Business Analyst with Veeva Exp. * *Location : Boston, MA * *Duration : 12+ Months* *Interview : Phone then Face to Face * VEEVA and or Salesforce.com is important *Job Description* · ASAP Start VEEVA/Pharma/UAT Experience *no non-local candidates will be considered*. do not submit candidates that are not in MA area. · This is a very high level role where the candidate will wear many hats. Owning projects and owning the task of making sure CRM is functioning well for one or more business units Candidate will work with the Commercial Operations business unit of Shire. · Dedicated to one piece of the business. · Will work directly with Salesforce Leads to determine how the CRM program is working (process improvements, preparation, problem resolution, education) Acts as Primary POC for Business Unit as it relates to CRM. · Will write functional requirements for improvements that the business unit wants to implement. · Technical enough role that they need to know HOW the system works, but they will not be physically doing anything in the system. The system they will be working on is VEEVA. * Must Haves: * · Experience running multiple Software Projects. · Could Potentially have an IT background, but exposure to and familiarity with VEEVA CRM business platforms is a MUST. · Previous/Strong client facing experience 5+ Years’ Experience Pharma/BioTech Industry experience required. Detail oriented Experience Writing Functional Requirements Bachelors Required *Job Responsibilities* · The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellence within the Veeva Customer Relationship Management system and related applications, systems, and processes, including Javelin Roster Manager, Informatica Master Data Management integration, Veeva Vault, and others. · Duties include the identification of enhancement and fix opportunities, writing of detailed functional requirements, coordination between stakeholders and delivery teams, execution of testing, and support for all updates. · This is primarily a business-facing role, requiring the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and leads for one or more business units to fully understand their needs, but also enough technical knowledge of the capabilities of the Veeva platform to be able to guide discussion and clarify requirements for the IT implementers--speaking "business" and "technology" to the appropriate audiences. · The role also helps to create documentation and work instructions related to changes and assists in communicating updates to the field, acting as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets that require extra analysis and performing defined system updates when required during busy times.
