The Sr. Drupal Developer will be reviewing the technology and overall infrastructure for our client and determining if Drupal is the right technology for them to use going forward. The consultant must have both frontend and backend web development experience and should have deep experience with Drupal and the LAMP stack. Sr. Drupal Developer Key Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for ensuring that websites / mobile apps pages are coded using industry standards and skillfully applies new & best practices. - Works as a project team and works with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for the successful completion of development and maintenance assignments. - Maintenance and support of existing site markup and content as needed. - Contributes to task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities. - Research new technologies; provide ideas for technical or workflow/process improvements. Sr. Drupal Developer Education, Experience Skills and Attributes: - As a generalist, the Sr. Drupal Developer has to have expertise in web development, with some knowledge in server side web programming languages such as PHP, a strong familiarity of UNIX/LINUX, understanding of regular expressions, and understanding of reading and writing of data to Oracle or SQL Server. - Display leadership skills such as taking proper responsibility, pursuing solutions to problem, displaying resourcefulness towards accomplishing given task or goals. - Exhibit an ability to focus on mundane functions of their job, as well as being self-motivated to learn new skills in order to accomplish new tasks.
