Kindly have a look in below position and share matching profiles at: [email protected] *New Role: PeopleSoft Database Analyst* *Location: Madison, WI* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Responsibilities: * Hands on development for the DOT PeopleSoft Reporting implementation effort to ensure that business users receive all required reports for Go Live. Ensure that deliverables are completed within quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements. Develop and implement reporting templates and standards. Ensure requested reports are developed, tested, and implemented on a timely basis for STAR Go Live. Resolve questions about PeopleSoft and Business Intelligence reports/queries. Validate report design specifications. Provide PeopleSoft and Business Intelligence data definition subject matter expertise to assist the team in creating the PeopleSoft Reports & Queries. Participate in the development and testing of reports assigned to DOT, based on defined requirements. Participate in the gathering of report test requirements, test examples, test data, development of test scripts, testing efforts, including researching and resolving issues. *Required Experience: * - minimum 8 years of Business Intelligence and PeopleSoft Reporting experience as a PeopleSoft report developer, and PS Query report developer. - minimum 8 years experience documenting reporting specifications, creating reporting test scripts, executing reporting tests, researching and resolving reporting testing issues, documenting user procedures, and preparing for and executing go-live activities. - minimum 8 years experience with PeopleSoft and Business Intelligence financials, grants, procurement, and human capital management implementation activities at a public sector, education, or healthcare industry clients. - Strong knowledge of the underlying financials, grants, procurement, and human capital underlying data models and entity-relationship diagrams. - minimum 8 years experience working on integrating PeopleSoft ERP, OBIA, and/or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) information to satisfy the overall operational, financials, procurement, and human resources reporting/query needs. - minimum 8 years experience performing implementation projects in a large, multi-entity transaction processing and reporting environment. - minimum 8 years hands on experience designing and developing customer business intelligence and transactional reporting solutions in PeopleSoft. - minimum 10 years experience with Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, MS Project, and SharePoint and/or equivalent. *Required Skills: * - Extensive expertise with PeopleSoft Reporting Tools BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, nVision, etc.) and Business Intelligence Solutions (OBIEE, OBIA, Business Objects, etc.) - Knowledge of financials, grants, procurement, and human capital management-related transaction processing and reporting environments - Ability to perform hands-on report development - Knowledge of full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Ability to keep ERP data confidential. - Strong problem solving and analytic skill sets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user, and project documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely. - Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills. - Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization. - Extensive inter-personal and collaborating skills, delivering high quality and timely results - Ability to work well under pressure and multi-tasking in a fast paced organization.
