exp, AIX security administration: user access control, patches, security
issues fixes; Red Hat exp; AIX Admin certification



Job Overview:

Looking for Unix Administrator with concentration on security aspect of
administration. Will be mainly fixing security issues as it pertains to
user access, changes in user accessibility, changes in system security specs

Mostly the environment is Unix AIX 6.1, will be upgrading in January to AIX
7.1/7.2, so exp with newer versions will be highly welcomed

Will help installing software, patching the system, responsible for the
day-to-day system and security administration

Needs to be well-versed in user access processes: create user IDs, grant
access for new users to CF applications and databases, granting access in
Active Directory

The need is to come and help with security issues, thus 6 months role as of
now, there is a potential to be extended but not 100%

Looking for Unix AIX and security admin exp mainly; preferred exp with Red
Hat as CF plans to migrate from AIX to Red Hat

Security and system administration certifications are a plus, min 3-4 yrs
of exp in Unix AIX and sec admin

Will work out of Columbia, MD, some remote work can be allowed

Elmo screening for: Unix AIX, exp with operating systems on security side:
user access, AD, pseudo access, working with user profiles; exp with
hardware and building unix systems is a plus, mainly looking for Unix admin
with strong sec admin background

* Monitor system

* Perform trouble shooting
