existing products/tools with related value proposition

§  Evaluate & recommend existing products that needs to be upgrade (if any)
with related value proposition

§  For the products / tools to be put on end-of-life, propose related
roadmap timeline

§  Analyze, determine & document “quick wins” based on business process &
requirement workshop corresponding to each account identified

§  Analyze, determine & define shared services roadmap, addressing current
& future business & operational needs across all identified accounts
