*Downtown NYC* *Rate: $60/hr* *FACE 2 FACE* Middleware/Backend Developer Position Summary: Work in an agile environment building web applications using Grails Framework integrating with various backend services such as Messaging, Web Services, NoSql Database. Required: Experience using Grails Framework 3.x or 2.4 using Groovy language. Experience using Eclipse/IntelliJ. Experience working with XML and JSON using Grails, JMS and Web Services, XML, Apache Tomcat, and Linux. Experience developing applications using MongoDB. Broad experience with Grails plug-ins and libraries. Experience with Automated Testing Experience with version control such as svn or git. Preferred: Worked in an Agile development environment. Experience using Apache POI Integration with InDesign Capable of interpreting use case scenarios and developing aligned functions. Experience in integrating with build environment such as Jenkins.
