IDC Technologies’ client is looking for below onsite position:
*Title: BI developer* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 6 months plus * VISA copy required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with planning, building, documenting, and deploying the Data Warehouse to meet specific user requirements and project objectives for: College Match, Survey, Map, and Data Systems re-design • Work with internal DW/BI team to create and implement processes for data loading, matching, extraction, and data integration • Develop data architecture, databases, structures, and ETL processes using Microsoft Server 2014, related tools and technologies (Visual Studio 2012, SQL Server 2014, SSAS, Data Quality Services, etc.); • Assist in creating/implementing dimensions, measures, calculations, attributes, relationships needed to meet business process requirements using Kimball approach • Design and build cubes using custom scripts and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) • Support the development, quality assurance, and validation required throughout the Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence lifecycle while providing adequate security in accordance with policy and direction • Monitor the Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence environment for systems performance and integrity and provide corrective actions as required; work with internal team to implement preventive maintenance and best practices • Help design/build end user interfaces as needed using Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, Web Services, API’s, and others. • Document the Data Warehouse environment and help create Metadata for database objects QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5 year’s experience with Microsoft technologies including MS SSAS/SSIS, SQL Server, T-SQL, .NET, Visual Studio, SharePoint, end-to-end design, Web Services, IIS, VB/C#, Windows Server 2012 • Experience building data marts, data warehouses, ETL processes, SSIS packages, and cubes. • Performance tuning experience • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, dimensional data modeling, and Kimball approach • Strong problem solving / analytical ability • Senior level proficiency in Microsoft technologies (SQL Server 2014, T-SQL, complex queries, configuration, managing resources, end-to-end design and implementation) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management skills, results oriented, attention to detail and follow through • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (preferably Tableau) • B.S. degree with focus on computer science, business, information systems, or related field In case this position interests you please share below details to save on you valuable time; Pay rate expectations: Notice period: Work Authorization status: Current Location: Also share your updated resume to Varsha Yadav at [email protected] OR feel free to contact me at 408.668-8252 Regards Varsha Yadav Technical Recruiter IDC Technologies, 1851 McCarthy Blvd Milpitas, CA 95035 Call: 408-668-8252 YIMvarsha1690/Gtalkrecruiter.varshay/ Email: [email protected] Website: www.idctechnologies.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
