Qualifications: Must have 6+ years of experience in design, development & testing of application software. Expert/proficient in Java/JEE and WebSphere/Tomcat is required Understanding of JQuery and UI design is desired Experience having worked with one or more frameworks like GWT/STRUTS/SPRING is required Should be proficient in SQL. Oracle/ UDB or other relational DB experience required Should be proficient in Unix Shell Scripting (KSH preferred) Experience in using Clearcase or a similar source code management tool required IBM ODM Business Rules Engine knowledge is desired Experience working with Agile and waterfall models is required Must be able to manage changing priorities to deliver business value.
