The Role is : Lead and mentor development team on integrating
Azure-deployed applications with existing ITSM tools/ people/ process
and document associated process/ guidelines.
Date – ASAP.
The requirements are:
Must Have Skills:
• Proven track record of leadership and demonstrated ability
to get the job done in collaboration with diverse teams.
• Infrastructure Architecture
• Build, deployment process and monitoring of applications on
Microsoft Azure
• Management and operations of ITSM tools (Preference for
ServiceNow)
• Experience in integrating cloud native applications with
on-premise ITSM tools and processes
• Network topologies, security and architecture
• Performance Engineering/Analysis experience
• Multiple OS, including at least one flavor of UNIX / LINUX
and server management
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft Visual Studio Online / Microsoft Visual Studio
Team Services
• Documentation of architecture and design using tools like
Visio and SparxSystems Enterprise Architect
• Model-driven development experience
• Agile methodology and Scrum
• DevOps
