· Advanced to expert level SQL skills required. · Experience with Teradata required. · Experience in developing DDL scripts to move changes from DEV to QA to PROD. · Experience with DDL Generator tools. · Experience with developing SQL scripts and database jobs. · Basic to advanced knowledge of Windows and Unix server technologies required · Basic to advanced knowledge of OS scripts development required · Experience with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server, MySQL, etc. · Experience with UNIX scripting. · Experience with Informatica Tool usage and connecting to multiple servers. · Develop standards and procedures for the database environment · Monitor database performance and identification of issues/errors. · Interface with SQL developers for performance and data access requirements. · Work with production DBA’s to develop migration plans. · Support Production DBA’s with performance issues. · Strong analytical and communication skills. · Ability to learn new systems or toolset with little to no supervision.
