Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related computer field. 2. Demonstrated proficiency (5+ years) in C/C++, c-shell, Perl programming in UNIX environment. 3. Familiarity with industry software development practices, tools and environments a. Software development lifecycle from requirements to system integration. b. Configuration Management systems – Concepts and tools: ClearCase or equivalent c. Software Documentation and Testing execution – Concepts and tools: DOORs or equivalent. d. Shell scripting – Concepts and tools: bash shell or equivalent. e. Software Builds – Concepts and tools: Imake/make or equivalent. 4. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills. 5. Self-directed, good work ethic, ability to work with teams 6.
