working knowledge on XSL-FO 4) Should be able to debug the XML applications
and develop the test crassest suits or test framework using for XML based
applications 5) Should know how to write and execute unit test cases

Sound knowledge of ECM Components like Document Management, Records
Management, Collaboration, Web content Management and Workflow/BPM Concepts
Mapping process of Capture, Manage, Store, Preserve and Deliver to ECM
components Strong in J2EE and design patterns Good have worked extensively
in of the ECM products like Documentum, FileNet, Alfresco Understand
different types of workflow-adhoc, production, delegation, alternate flows,
etc Worked on implementation of ECM in at least one project Understand the
integration aspects
