You will need to direct and design features and deliveries to adhere to performance and best practices of *Demandware*. You should have strong development and custom solutions implementation experience in *Demandware*. You will need to identify and fix any serious issues with the code base that would hinder performance, stability and the ability to deploy to new regions and / or feature requests. You will need to explain the structure to the designers and developers, and help them to build it. You will need to make sure that systems meet quality and security standards. Keep project managers regularly informed of progress.
