experience in supporting OCM efforts inclusive of communication and
training efforts.



*Position Description:*
Leads and subject matter experts directly from the transportation business
have been supporting the business process design, testing, training and
functional cutover efforts associated with the projects. The OCM lead for
this program would therefore be responsible for supporting the business
leads in completing (the development of) and then executing these efforts.

This person should have very strong project management skills, in
combination with the organizational change management skills and experience
to support the business representatives in delivering targeted, effective
organizational change management deliverables that *will* appropriately
prepare all project stakeholders with the required skills and knowledge.
This experience should include practical and tactical experience in
developing end user communication and training plans.

*Application / Modules:*
• Manhattan, retail and/or supply chain experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities would include supporting the business leads in:
• Planning the training required to prepare business users with the skills
and knowledge to perform their jobs at go live
• Completing the training development efforts by tracking the training
material development, reviews/approvals, and final sign offs
• Preparing for the training delivery efforts, including coordinating
training rooms, material preparation, system availability, etc.
• Executing their training delivery efforts, including coordinating course
scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, makeup classes and
leadership compliance reporting
• Coordinating business participation in the functional cutover planning
and execution, including monitoring the cutover plan task execution and
identifying and escalating relating issues as appropriate
• Planning, developing and delivering project stakeholder (end user)
related communication that is inclusive of all strategic and tactical user
needs.
• Identifying potential people related risks and anticipated resistance
points, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Identifying potential executive (leadership alignment) related risks and
develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Supporting executive alignment communications including steering
committee presentations, etc.
• Providing organizational change management expertise.


* Required Skills:*
• Minimum 5 years project management experience with proven delivery of
system implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience working with Organizational Change Management
tools and techniques, including:
o Leadership alignment
o Stakeholder engagement, alignment and management
o Change readiness assessments
o Communication planning and development
o Instructional design
• Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Relationship-building Skills—ability to gain trust and form strong
business alliances; develop and maintain effective working relationships
with key collaborators and customers
• Verbal and written communication skills to all stakeholder levels
• Ability to:
o Think strategically and dive into details as necessary
o Think and react quickly in a highly dynamic environment
o Provide clarity and drive alignment across the project team
o Self-direct and set priorities (individual and team) to meet expectations
o Influence without authority
o Manage multiple projects concurrently
o Facilitate discussion to land decisions / get results
o Proactively identify project issues and then actively drive them to
closure
o Provide recommendations for resolution and provide solutions
