We require a skilled BA that can operate under minimum supervision and performs duties with broad latitude and judgment in line with department and corporate guidelines. This individual should be a service oriented person that will be a solution and business advocate. Tasks delegated to this person require an in-depth and wide understanding of problem recognition, analysis and that begins the solution process. *Job description: * · Needs to direct or participates in studies of new and existing requirements to determine feasibility, resolve problems including organizational, procedural, and technical challenges. · Minimum 5 years’ experience, exposure to Business Analysts methodology, project management skills, ITIL processes and Enterprise/Service Management technology. · Determines and documents customer business functions for improving business operations. · Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new solutions and/or operational changes. · Recommend solutions that should be prepared in consultation with impacted internal and outside stakeholders, but should remain objective to balance requirements and deliverables. · Proposed solutions should be strategic in nature and align with the overall Service/Enterprise Management capabilities and roadmaps. · Consults with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. · Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form that can be used in management decision-making. · Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, and consultants. · Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new solutions and enhancements to existing mechanisms. · Ensures the delivered solution meets the demands of the user · Researches and prepares statistical reports/analytics using data from systems and other identified data sources. · Reads and interprets management systems and functional technical literature and translates in terms understandable to the end-users. · Provides recommendations based on data analysis for the team to action. · Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications over time. *Major Plus * · Writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records such as training, operational procedures or availability verification procedures. · Capable to offer technical aid in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and expert staff. · Able to develop training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions *Thanks & Regards* *Ashish Kumar* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Note:* *This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
