The PM will collaborate with client, IBM, 3rd party consultants and service providers to plan, schedule, manage and deliver project. · Responsible for coordinating multiple project teams in delivering solutions to the customer using professional project management concepts, practices, and measurements. · Responsible for developing and coordinating master, integrated schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS), and project dependencies with several individual projects and project managers. · Coordinates and conducts reviews to validate project estimates and schedules. · Focal point day to day project communications and management with project teams and with the customer. · Applies techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. · Monitors, measures and reports on project work activities, products, and quality assurance activities to adhere to project scope and schedule. · Provides timely assistance in addressing resolving any issues related to project performance..
