*Duration : 6 – 18 months * *Visual Force/Apex Development is the most important piece. * POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Math or equivalent industry experience Experience: Five (5) years of development experience in CRM technologies Two (2) years in-depth development experience in Apex, Javascript, HTML, Visualforce Skills and Abilities: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position. Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication, including a willingness to occasionally work in a pair-programming environment Must possess strong analytical and technical documentation skills Must possess business analysis skills and demonstrated experience in leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges Must be customer focused and possess ability to work closely with cross functional team members Problem solving and decision making Must have ability to track issues and/or tasks required through available tools (RTC, Footprints, etc.) and work with appropriate users to ensure issue resolution or task completion Must possess a broad and deep understanding of CRM and customer service best practices Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must possess strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team deploying complex Salesforce.com projects with major integration components using AppExchange.
