*Need H1b and ID proof for submission* - Candidate should possess at least 4-7 years of experience on *Cisco telephony Environment.* - Should have strong knowledge on telephony Communication concepts and protocols (e*.g. SIP, TDM, T1/E1, Analog, Digital, ISDN, DID, DNIS/ANI, PBX, Central Office, etc.) * - Knowledge of H.323, MGCP, SCCP, SIP and other multimedia protocols, Voice Gateways, Quality-of-Service and Voice and Video Conferencing. - Knowledge in Contact center Solutions with Voice/Call Processing concepts and applications *(e.g. ACD, CTI, IVR, Dialogic HMP, Unified Messaging, Speech Recognition, Speech Analytics, Text-To-Speech, Dialer, Voice Mail, WFM, etc.) * - Sound technical knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols. - Should have strong hands on experience on *Cisco voice products like Cisco call Manager/Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express & Connections, UCCX, etc.* - Cisco certification like CCNP and CCIE will be added advantage. - ITIL certification will be preferred. - Should be able to manage complex incidents for *Cisco IPT globally including CallManager, voice gateways, voicemail systems, voice circuits (E1 / T1...) with telco‘s.* - Trouble shooting failures, performance including call quality / routing issues on PBX, voice gateway, contact centres and carrier. - Proactive problem avoidance with ESM and SIM teams (trends and proactive activity) - Continuous service improvement through proactive reporting and trending on incidents, performance - Planning, validate, test, deploy and acceptance for minor and major sw releases on the Alcatel and Cisco systems (PBX, Voicemail, voice routers) - Desk phone firmware upgrades - Voice gateway iOS upgrades working with the responsbile data network team to esnure correct features supported and tested - Configuration changes on *Alcatel / Cisco PBX and VGW’s including dial peers, IP addresses, analog VGW, MGCP and SIP trunk configuration* Thanks & Regards, Amit Kumar -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
