Develops high level and detailed requirements to solve business needs and ensures the end product meets those needs/requirements. Recommends and implements additional functionality within existing Oracle Suite of Applications. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of user business issues to be solved with automated systems. Includes organizing and may lead requirement meetings with business sponsors/users. Assists in developing both high-level and detail business requirements documentation such as for application upgrades, enhancements and add-ons. Executes testing of developed solutions, ensuring client business requirements are implemented accurately. Documents business processes. Works with other areas on support items. Performs other related duties as assigned.
