*Title: PeopleSoft 9.2 Functional Business Analyst* Location: *Stockton, California* *Term: : 6 weeks (*GC / Citizen / GC EAD) only *Interview Mode: Phone screen and F2F or Skype for non local* *Need profiles with Strong “*SPRING, HIBERNATE AND ANGULAR.JS” This is a* viable need* with an existing client*.* This job description is for a *Business Analyst* position supporting a *public sector client* in *Stockton, California*. The work primarily involves PeopleSoft 9.2 Time and Labor and work flow support for a public sector agency. Details are provided below. As more information becomes available, it will be passed along to our staffing partners. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES The position will be responsible for and must be able to show past experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the following: · Analyze and document all PeopleSoft T&L and workflow requirements. · Instruct client as to what PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L and workflow can deliver. · Document and maintain to-be process flow documentation including business activities and diagrams · Facilitate Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with customer representatives, developers, testers and other technical staff to ensure the customer’s needs are being met. · Attend project, staff, and management meetings and change advisory board (CAB) meetings as required. CANDIDATE CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities: · Five *(5) years’ experience providing PeopleSoft functional analyst *with an understanding of PeopleSoft HCM module. · Must have *(3-5) years’ experience in project work in the *PeopleSoft space; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. · Must possess a minimum of (3-5) years’ experience in project work in the area(s) of knowledge specified herein; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. · Must have a minimum of *(3) years of experience in the analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, and/or technical support duties with data processing systems*. · Must have a minimum of five *(5) years’ experience in the analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, procurement, and/or technical support duties within specified data processing systems*, multifunction office automation systems, microcomputer systems, and/or teleprocessing networks. · Must have a minimum of five *(5) years’ experience in project work in facilitating requirements, analysis and design, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions*. · Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business process and organization models (BPR). · Must have a minimum of *five (5) years’ experience in project work in technical writing* to include: development of business requirements, technical requirements, detailed analysis and design documents; and/or developing, updating, and/or maintaining technical documents (program specs, system documentation, standards, procedure manuals, conversion of existing documentation, etc. HIGHLY DESIRED QUALITIES · Ability to work independently and use existing functional design documentation and online help documentation to further understand functionality · Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, research, and personal computer skills · Complete understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable. · Knowledge of data processing concepts and current industry trends and ability to apply that knowledge to evaluating business processes for critical IT efforts. · Knowledge of project management practices and principles. · Basic skills in data, performing queries, looking for patterns in data, data modeling, designing reports and locating test data · Strong facilitation skills, able to synthesize key points/issues and present to stakeholders. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline.
