Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. *Essential Skill(s)* Skill1 - Performance Testing (L4) Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like Open STA, Web Load, JMeter, WAS etc. Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc. *Additional Skill(s)* Skill1 - HP Application Life Cycle Management - HP Quality Center (L1) Able to use Quality Center at an user level. Understanding of all the navigations and features in QC.
