*6 month* *$60/hr on c2c* Duties: Administer Hyperion Essbase, including: planning and reporting security, system tuning, backups and recovery, troubleshooting system issues Perform month-end closing – data loads through FDM, aggregations, calculations, reconciliations Manage annual budget process in Hyperion Planning Maintain database outlines for all cubes using EPMA, Planning, Workspace, EAS Adapt and optimize all applications for changes to business structure and strategy Validate and reconcile system during implementations and upgrades Weekend and off-hours work sometimes required, particularly around month-end closing Ad-hoc financial analysis Ability to develop and maintain Hyperion Essbase applications, data load rules, dimension build rules, calculation scripts, report scripts Ability to create, maintain, and optimize Essbase outlines – manually and through MaxL scripts Familiarity with Financial Reporting Studio Knowledge of general ledger systems (predominantly SAP) Ability to interface with users to quickly correct problems and develop solutions.
