*Title: Lead MS Access VBA with Sql* *Location: Hartford, CT * *Phone then F2F* *Duration: 18+ months* · The consultant shall have exceptional written and verbal communications, including the ability to work with diverse functional groups in both the business and technical areas. · The consultant shall demonstrate 5-7 years of technical experience developing logical and physical data models. · The consultant shall be a subject matter expert in developing, upgrading, and maintaining the front end of Access DB (2007, 2010, etc.). · The consultant shall demonstrate 5-7 years of experience in analyzing, developing, and troubleshooting MS Access VBA code and stored procedures. · The consultant shall demonstrate 5-7 years of experience in Report writing using MS Access. · The consultant shall demonstrate 5-7 years of experience in converting MS Access application code to SQL stored procedures as well as re-writing MS Access VBA to call converted procedures. · The consultant shall demonstrate expert knowledge in developing base queries which will be converted into reports. · The consultant shall demonstrate expert knowledge of MS Access Database version compatibility. · The consultant shall have excellent organization and time-management skills. · The consultant shall have advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. · The consultant shall have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. · The consultant shall have good judgment and excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
