*Role: Teamsite Technical Lead *

*Required Technical Skill Set: HP Autonomy Teamsite *



*Must-Have *

•             Minimum 12+ years IT experience, with at least 10+ years in
Teamsite Autonomy CMS and 2+ years in .Net experience.

•             Experienced with Large Teamsite Platforms.

•             Experienced with OPEN DEPLOY, WORKFLOW MODELLERs.

•             Experienced with working on Complex Development and
Maintenance Projects in a lead profile.

•             Analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of
initiative and flexibility

•             Knowledge and experience with working on AGILE Methodology.

•             Stakeholder coordination and management.

•             Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

•             Understanding of IDOL SEARCH and Best Practices.

•             Experienced with Change and Release Management process.

•             Experienced with Onsite – Offshore Team Management.



*Good-to-Have *

•             Understanding of Web Services on IDOL

•             Understanding of IDOL Configurations,

•             Multi Location Team management.

•             Maintains a broad and current knowledge of the industry



*Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role *

•             Provide overarching Architecture and Project expertise to
business executives, project stakeholders

•             Coordinate with team for design and development of  innovative
Technology solutions for the business

•             Validate Estimation and Skill / Competency requirements.

•             Participate in requirements gathering workshops and
articulate with team.

•             To drive besst practice technical process.

•             Define strategy for Product Release Management.

•             Define the governance and execution model for SharePoint
Projects

•             Establishes, monitors, and ensures compliance with system
standards and applicable regulations

•             Communicating across organizational boundaries – from
engineers through to IT Leadership level

•             Providing input to risk and issue management, progress
reporting and communication.
