*Duration: 6 months * *Interview: Phone and In Person/ Skype* *Rate: $60/hr* *ONLY GC, USC* Job Responsibilities: Efficiently troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions and/or alternatives, and perform or coordinate resolution. Perform operational processes and procedures with a mindset towards automation. Exercise strong communication skills both verbally and through documentation in a multitude of areas including meetings, ticket/project updates, and change management. Provide solutions using a hybrid of third-party offerings and internally developed technologies.
