*Duration -6 Months* *Rate: $42-43/hr(Max)* *FACE 2 FACE* Description: Candidate will be Senior Analyst on team to identify system and business level requirements. Looking @ what current business needs are and identifying SIEBEL/ORACLE Business Analyst Experience *necessary Pharma Experience is needed.* Must See: Prior experience as a Business Analyst Pharma Experience (plus) Medical/Technical is OK too Ability to understand requirements and document them Previous change control experience Mapping/configuration Oracle Experience Required Siebel Experience Required Communication skills must be strong Manager will start with phone screens and then move to on-site interview Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing. Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties. Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
