1.     Skill Set :

a.     Some one extremely strong in .Net World ( Code is in both VB .Net
and C#)  à Language is not a constratint

b.    Windows Expertise on Message Q, Web services

c.     SQL -> Development + SQL profiling



2.     Communication -- > Need to be very strong as he would interact with
business users and Customers



3.     Leadership skills à Needs to proactive, investigate / Guide and
drive issue resolutions with business users/ Bangalore Team



     Must that candidate is from Plano and reliable as this is Long term
opportunities



   - Well versed in the windows environment (.net, windows server, sql
   server etc)
   - C#
   - Hands on developer
   - Must be a good problem solver and solution provider
   - Must be able to guide off shore programmers in problem determination
   and solution
   - Must be able to work with BA, product manager, application consultants
   to identify solutions
   - Must be good at multi tasking – able to work on multiple projects and
   multiple issues within a project
   - Good verbal and written communications skills



The onsite person’s primary duty would be to guide the off shore
programmers on project issues raised by customers and internal business
users. He/she would also be responsible for any clarifications that the
programmers need.
