·         Should be able to design and develop workflows - Business Process

·         Should have onsite offshore and SDLC work experience

*Branding and Thought Leadership*:

·         Participate in conferences, blog, publish white papers, conduct

*SOA Consulting:*

·         Understanding and application of SOA principles, architectural
components and standards Understanding of Integration architecture,
distributed computing and various design methodologies.

*EAI Consulting:*

·         Competencies conversant in business processes and challenges in
at least one vertical domain conversant with emerging technologies skilled
in defining technology adoption roadmap for atleast one theme or product
suite skilled in evaluating strengths and weaknesses of products used for
implement at skilled in articulating presenting technical solutions to
customers conversant in productivity norms and estimation models.

·         Scale Expertise onesuite of products, like TIBCO, IBM or themes
SOA/BPM .

*Consulting:*

·         Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements

*Key skills required for the job are:*

•             Desktop Support (Mandatory)

•             Desktop Imaging

*Desktop Support:*

·         Works independently towards providing support for escalated
troubleshooting requirements

·         Expert on knowledge tools, client management tools and remote
control software to help resolve at least 80% of calls routed to him/her ,
without having to dispatch to service partners or desk side support
technician.

·         In-depth knowledge of technical skills in hardware, MS Operating
Systems, Network, Remote Connectivity and process knowledge to ensure
quality in desktop support business.

*EUC Admin:*

·         Board issue diagnosis of Motherboard and Processor issue, Install
and configure bio-metric devices, Install and configure touch pad devices,
AD Configuration of firewall like opening up ports, setting exception
lists, Advanced configuration/customizing anti-virus software,
configuration/customizing anti-spyware software, Advanced Advanced repair
installation to prevent data loss, Modifying registry entries as needed,
Remove detected Virus, Remove detected spyware, Replacing the hardware
which has failed

*Desktop Imaging:*

·         Provide technical consultancy and solution support Client
Engineering and desktop deployment space.

·         Proficient in Desktop imaging and image management solutions
including deployment.

·         Inkstands the end user deployment scenario and suggest solutions
and best practices for Zero touch and light touch migrations.

·         Process review and implementation of best practices the end user
technology.

·         Anchor consulting engagements and work with various stakeholders
in developing solutions around the same.

·         Trouble shoot resolved high end technical issues.
