*Job Description*:

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

   - SPOC for all Middleware Infra Support requests, incidents & problems.
   - Onsite technical lead and contact for all offshore resources on
   Middleware Infra support;
   - Coordinate with Business stakeholders, RMs, Customer Service team,
   Contact Centers, Helpdesk teams, Command Center team, Infrastructure
   Support, EDM, InfoSec teams for all application support aspects.
   - Provide required inputs to Offshore Support team members.
   - Provide support for all critical and high priority items.
   - Track all support requests/incidents/problems via remedy/relevant
   tools.
   - Ensure response and resolution of all support incidents/requests as
   per SLAs
   - Ensure KPI/SLA adherence strictly.
   - Generate metrics, trends and drive process improvements.
   - Implement Knowledge Management models.
   - Solicit periodic feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
   - Deployment of deliverables in various environments.
   - Review Support solutions/Knowledge Base articles etc.
   - Bring in best practices for production support, Provide periodic
   updates to Vantiv/Wipro management.
   - Ensure timely and adequate transition from Development team on new
   features and/or functionality.
   - Ensure adequate resource availability for Production Support.

*Skillset Required:*

   - Manage the physical and logical configuration
   - Daily Monitoring Middleware Infrastructure
   - Assist with analysis of performance metrics and problem resolution
   - Assisting in DR Activities
   - Deploying applications WebSphere profiles
   - Administer WAS profiles
   - Restart WAS profile services
   - Troubleshoot WAS profile issues
   - Administer WAS IBM Http server
   - Deploying applications in the servers
   - Deploying the Maintenance page on Application servers
   - Implement SSL on WebSphere
   - WAS patching and upgrade
   - Installation of IHS server.
   - Creation of IHS sites and integrate with Webserver
   - Implement SSL on HIS
   - Implement redirection in HIS
   - Administer IHS configuration
   - Troubleshoot IHS issues
   - IHS patching and upgrade
   - Installing and upgrading/patching MQ on windows/Solaris/AIX boxes
   - Monitoring MQ
   - Resolving MQ down issues and finding the root cause of it.
   - IVR application deployment in non-prod environments
   - IVR application deployment in prod and warm-DR environments
   - Deployment of MDS on WebSphere portal server
   - Deployment of MDS on  web methods Integration Server
   - Restarting JVM's, DMGR's, sync of nodes with DMGR's etc.
   - Setting appropriate Heap size of JVM's/DMGR for better performance of
   apps.
   - Installing /upgrading WAS,MQ,HIS
   - Applying fix packs to WAS,MQ,IHS
   - Monitoring MQ environment to ensure high availability.
   - Troubleshooting issues related to IHS, WAS, MQ. E.g.: App URL not
   accessible, MQ queue manager is down, Admin console of WAS unavailable.
   - Bouncing of IHS instances after changes to the httpd.conf file.
   - Making changes to the httpd.conf file/plug-in of IHS to alter its
   behavior as per the requirement.
   - Making application logs available to the apps teams on request
