*C# .Net Developer with E-COMMERCE RETAIL EXP* *Boston MA*
*12 Months* *$55/hr* *FACE 2 FACE* This position will work with business stakeholders to understand, document and formulate business requirements into technical plans. The senior web developer supports several applications including ecommerce sites, internal web sites and applications, internally developed and supported web and NT services. This individual must possess a solid understanding of web technologies, web architecture along with the ability to deliver production quality work at a rapid pace. The selected candidate will be working in a small, but growing IT shop where their flexibility, willingness to wear many hats and ability to mentor less senior developers will be required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops application fixes in a complex, real-time environment. Identifies what the issue is and determines the best solution to achieve resolution. Work with multiple departments within the organization to understand, develop and implement new applications as required Establishes and sustains a high level of partnership with the Business. Instills a level of confidence in technical knowledge, in order to suggest and deliver solutions to business opportunities Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
