· *Basic Telco background*
· Past experience building and deploying enterprise solutions on
initiatives with large teams
· Basic understanding of various software technologies &
compatibilities
· Working with remote teams across the globe with different time
zones
· Working experience in CA Agile Central (Rally) toolset and
ability to generate, analyze reports and provide insights to program
stakeholders
· Guardians of scrum practices
· Servant leader – point of escalation, removes roadblocks,
impediments, and obstacles
· Provide Coaching
· Holds the team accountable to the agile principles and scrum
values
· Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
· Shields team from interruptions during the sprint
