*Position: Program Manager* *Location: Novi, MI, US * *Duration: long term* *Job Description:* - Build and manage customer relationships at a release engineer and manger level - Build and maintain a customer interface team to support this relationship and manage the overall program development. Responsible for evaluation, and development of team members. - Ensure overall success and profitability of the product launch (i. e. work with Sales and Marketing to hit gross margins, introduce new features, etc). Own and maintain the budget, scope and program schedule. - Manage program risk proactively, identify program risks and coordinate meetings with the PM and multi discipline functions to address risks before they become issues. - Evaluate project management processes and metrics to track and measure project success. (Manage all program/product delivery elements). - Provide weekly program status updates via the standard template.
