Please do send resume only to "*[email protected] <[email protected]>*" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Title: Sr. Business Analyst (Mobile application/web development) with Airlines Domain Experience* *Location: Atlanta, GA * *Duration: 12+ Months * *Responsibilities: * *Qualifications:* · Mobile - Sr Business Analyst - IT The test engineer position on the eCommerce mobile team will be responsible for ensuring quality on eCommerce initiatives in support of the internal and/or external customer(s). · This individual will be expected to master an understanding of both eCommerce and mobile ecosystems, capabilities, and respective technologies to thoroughly test all new development introduced in the mobile space. The Senior Business Analyst will assist in analysis, evaluation, implementation, and support of systems developed both internally and externally with an outside vendor. · The test engineer will partner with business counterparts, other IT portfolios/matrix teams, and vendors full project cycle using agile methodology principles. Individual will also be expected to support user acceptance testing activities, support the development team by participating in sprint planning, liaising with matrix teams and supporting unit testing. Maintain and communicate project status report and dependencies as it relates to testing efforts. · This individual will be expected to troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems/programs/applications, as needed. Research, analyze and respond to both internal and external customer complaints/suggestions and feedback. · Must work independently and efficiently, often without direct supervision. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously. Individual should possess the ability to resolve problems in a calm and quick manner and should display a high degree of initiative and drive. Maintain continuous communication with customer and team members and promote a team environment. *Key qualifications include: * · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with five (5) or more years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. · Functional knowledge of popular mobile ecosystems · Functional knowledge of airline business or airline IT processes · Solid understanding of agile development methodologies · Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA or similar a plus · Understanding of general eCommerce solutions and principles · Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities streamline current processes. Must possess analytical, oral and written communication skills.
