We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our client
located in Seattle for a 6+ month contract role. Qualified candidates
should have experience in working in an enterprise environment, preferably
working with and supporting an Enterprise Architecture team.   Strong
communication and technical documentation skills are required along the
ability to work with multiple teams as well as work independently.

*Position               : Technical Writer*

*Location               : Seattle, WA*

*Duration              : 6+ months*

*Responsibilities:*

   - Partner with both technical and business teams to build context driven
   documentation (conceptual, logical or physical)
   - Work with Enterprise Architects to refine and deliver complex messages
   in simple, easy-to-understand documents/forms
   - Work as independent contributor as well as contributing member of
   cross domain technology & business team
   - Establish documentation standards from ground zero and ensure
   templates exist to capture consistent information across disparate and
   related projects
   - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
   - Mine information for required technical documentation via interviews,
   meetings, white boarding sessions to turn tribal knowledge into concise,
   reusable, value-adding documentation
   - Identify documentation milestones, create schedules to manage own
   deliverables, and develop documentation plans
   - Perform other related duties as assigned by client manager

* Qualifications:*

   - 5-7+ years of experience creating targeted technical documentation
   - Bachelor's degree
   - Has ability to partner with both Technical and Business Team members
   to build context driven documentation
   - Highly developed communication and writing skills
   - Proven track record of working directly with Architects to refine and
   deliver complex messages in a simple form
   - Experience communicating through multiple document formats including
   but not limited to:  conceptual/logical/physical diagrams, functional
   specs, release notes, operational run books and end user documentation
   - Can work independently and as a contributing member of a cross domain
   team
   - Passionate champion for attention to detail
   - Can establish documentation standards from ground zero to ensure
   templates exists to capture consistent information across disparate and
   related projects
   - Experience in balancing start-up and corporate
   - Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
   - Ability to track down details via interviews or other methods and turn
   tribal knowledge into concise reusable value add documentation
   - Identify documentation milestones, create schedules, and develop
   documentation plans
   - Experience working in a fast paced environment
   - Proven track record of onboarding quickly and building a strong
   network with SMEs to enable success.

*Philadelphia - Pennsylvania*

*6 month’s (extendable)*

*Mandatory Skills:* UNIX Admin Shell scripting, Unix Admin, Infra
Administration and Maintenance.

Job Description:

•             The IM is part of the Production Support team which is
responsible for managing incidents for new and existing Products.

•             This position is responsible for Incident Management ensuring
that all incidents are identified, triaged and resolved within SLA.

•             Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring
that all root cause analysis is documented for high severity incidents and
delivered to the respective Product owners.

•             This position will interface with Comcast Product, Change,
Problem, Release, Engineering, Market and Operations Management teams.



Essential Duties and Primary Accountabilities:

•             Manage incidents to resolution including escalations where
appropriate.

•             Daily incident analysis reports for outstanding
incidents.

•             Provide root cause analysis documentation to internal teams.

o             Review root cause analysis documentation with Product
owners.

•             Document and adjust the Incident Management processes
including training appropriate personnel.

•             Participate in new Product releases.

- Integrate support with Production processes.

•             Provide root cause analysis documentation to internal teams.

- Review root cause analysis documentation with Product owners.
