This position is responsible for providing system support for the production, development and test environments of multiple business critical systems/applications, including hands-on production / operations support on Java / .Net on Linux & Windows platforms for large and small scale applications and projects, and installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of these Java based applications. Monitor of supported systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space) Provide end-to-end solutions for applications that include Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat APACHE, IIS, IBM/RABBIT MQ, ODI, ORACLE SOA/BPEL, Install, convert, upgrade, and general maintenance through system landscape using a structured methodology on a variety of hardware and operating system platforms Work with network firewall team on all network connectivity activities Hardware sizing and capacity planning ensuring CPU, memory, storage are adequate to support system and business growth Proactively analyse the root causes of recurring incidents impacting system, and implement corrective actions Perfrom code migration from non-prod to production Interact with the development teams and business stakeholders to support new projects
