*Title: Performance Tester* *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration; Long Term* *Need minimum 9 Years’ Experience* *Max Rate $50/hr/c2c* *Skills :* Performance Tester, LoadRunner, JMeter, Performance Center *Job Description:* • Collects non-functional requirements and convert them into performance test plans. • Create and execute performance test strategy • Develops data driven performance test scripts to help validate performance of applications/ products based on the requirements. • Proficient with HP Performance Center and/ another similar performance test tools to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture. • Analyzes the data gathered from performance tests with an eye towards application performance, availability and capacity with the goals of ensuring the optimal user experience and reducing hardware costs. *Minimum Qualifications: * • 7+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications. • 5+ years of experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, Jmeter, VSTS, etc.). • Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools. • Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Dynatrace, HP diagnostics. • Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications. • Deep knowledge of Java (or equivalent) programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view. • Experience in both Windows and UNIX environments. • Strong written, oral & presentation skills. • Good communication and customer facing skills • Must be able to work independently as well as within a group while handling projects.
